If you feel called, please bring a photo or item that represents your ancestor or loved one to place on the ofrenda (altar) Everyone will have an opportunity to share about and honor their person(s).
Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion for meditation time.
Everyone will be gifted a mini sugar skull and light refreshments will be provided.

So delighted to start this year off with a new offering, Community Reiki Thursdays! Starting this week, 1/4/24 10:30 - 1:30, I’m offering 30 minute sessions for up to 3 people, for $40. You pick your own time slot.
My hope is that these mini sessions make Reiki more accessible for people, both time wise and monetarily.
Reiki helps to promote restoration and regulation of the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. It helps create an improved sense of balance and harmony in all aspects of yourself.

Personally, I have found this quote to be true of my Reiki practice. Reiki has touched every aspect of my life for the better. It has over time (I’ve been practicing 14 years now) helped me to develop a compassionate love for myself and others, it has heightened my awareness of interconnectedness resulting in my feeling more in alignment, in harmony with all that is. Reiki practice has helped me create a spaciousness within myself to heal. These are only a few of the reasons why I have such a high regard and affection for this practice. It’s because I’ve experienced it firsthand that it is important that I share it with you.
I want love, harmony and healing for all!
This Fall I am offering another round of Reiki Certification classes!
Reiki Shoden (level 1)
Starts Thursday, 9/28/23 through Thursday, 12/21/23
11 am-2 pm. Meets every week. This class is NCBTMB accredited for 36 ceus for massage therapists.
Reiki Okuden (level 2)
Starts Thursday, 10/5/23 through 12/14/23.
6:30-9:30 pm. Meets every week.
Please note there is no class on Thanksgiving.

May Creator, grandfather sun, holy ancestors and the good doctors spirits of the four directions answer our prayers in a good way, with ease and grace.

New Jersey is moving towards requiring a license to practice Reiki, which means the state legislature would decide what Reiki practice is and what Reiki teachers are allowed to teach. YIKES.

While Valentine's Day has come and gone, I believe that self-love should be practiced daily AND also know how hard it is to do!

Join Danica Arizola, Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner, and Virginia Nguyen, s*x and pleasure advocate, for an evening dedicated to nourishing your mind, body and soul. During our time together, we will guide you through meditation, self-healing, movement, and reflective writing.

Please dress in comfortable clothing.
