“My family and community in Quimbaya is really struggling after the 7.4 earthquake in Colombia. Quimbaya is a small town and with the strongest impact, there is destruction in almost every corner - including my cousin’s home.

There is a lot of grief but so much more resilience, and in that resiliency is the power of community. I am raising funds and accepting donations to aid my cousin in rebuilding her home and life, as well as our town who is being neglected by local government.”

This is where you come in! We are hosting a donation drive for the next few weeks to help collect aid in the form of non-perishable food, shelter equipment, clothing, toiletries and bedding. Please be as generous as you can, in a timely way.”

This month we honor the LGBTQIA+ community and the 57th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots which marked a new beginning for the gay rights movement in the United States and around the world.

It's 2026 and we are still fighting with the government. Pride Month serves as a reminder to the Q***r community and it's allies to never stop fighting for basic human rights. It is our duty to protect our black & brown trans neighbors and if you have the money, donate to mutual aid fundraisers.
