Lately I’ve been realizing how often we treat joy like something we have to earn.
We finish the work.
Take care of everyone else.
Check off the list.
Then maybe, if there’s time left over, we allow ourselves to create, play, dream, or simply do something that makes us feel alive.
But what if joy isn’t the reward?
What if it’s the fuel?
Maybe what lights us up is actually trying to show us something.
Pay attention to that feeling. ✨
Sometimes the biggest shift is simply changing the conversation you have with yourself.
Instead of:
“What if I can’t do this?”
Try:
“I’ll figure it out. I always do.”
Because honestly? Most of us are waiting to feel fully ready before we move… and that moment rarely comes.
You learn by doing.
You grow by trying.
You build confidence by not giving up on yourself halfway through.
And I think there’s something really powerful about becoming the kind of woman who trusts herself enough to keep going — even while she’s still figuring things out.
