In just a few days, Ava will be a 1st grader and Jack will be heading to Preschool 1. 🥹❤️

So grateful for the little moments this school year. Now it’s time to make some summer memories! ☀️

Looking back on this past year, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. ✨

From unforgettable trips and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, to watching my little bestie start Kindergarten, countless Eagles & Phillies games, and beginning a new career chapter — this year brought so many beautiful moments.

It also brought some of the hardest and darkest days I’ve faced… but here I am. Stronger, wiser, and more grateful than ever. Living the life I once dreamed of, beside an incredible partner — my greatest love — with the sweetest little kiddos and pup completing our world. ❤️

Here’s to my last year in my 30s… feeling grateful, grounded, and ready for whatever’s next. 🥂✨
