The title on the door matters less than whether the provider actually knows EDS â and right now, most of them donât, which is why I do what I do.

Late post. Worth it. I keep coming back to this photo.
Not because of the conference. Not because of the stage. Because of who was standing next to me on it. This team carries some of the heaviest work in healthcare â and they do it without complaint, without recognition, and with more heart than I can put into words. I consider myself genuinely lucky. The kind of lucky that doesnât feel like luck at all. It feels like grace. Proud doesnât begin to cover itâŚ.
EDS doesnât take a vacation but I sure do.
And Iâve learned that traveling with this condition means planning for rest, salt, and water before I need them. Normal people plan for views. We plan for survival.
Wherever you are, give yourself grace today. Youâre doing more than you know.
