Your body doesn't show up the same way every time.

Maybe work has been more demanding. You've started exercising again. You've spent more time driving. Or something we've been working on feels better and your needs have changed.

That's why I don't believe your massage should follow the exact same routine every visit.

I ask questions. I listen. I pay attention to how you're feeling and moving that day.

Then we adjust.

Because customized massage isn't about having more techniques to choose from.

It's about knowing when and why to use them.

"Healing in Motion."

Holly can do a lot in one session…

But sometimes we might need a little extra help. πŸ˜‚πŸ™

Consistency matters. πŸ’œ

Healing in Motion.

A little joy belongs in the wellness journey, too. πŸ’œ

Make room this week for something that simply makes you smile.

How much of your day is spent with your arms in front of you?

Working at a computer. Driving. Looking at your phone. Handling everyday tasks.

Over time, spending extended periods in these positions can leave your chest and the front of your shoulders feeling tight.

This week's Monday Reset: **the Doorway Chest Stretch.**

Stand in an open doorway and place your forearms against the frame with your elbows comfortably bent. Gently step forward until you feel a comfortable stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders.

No forcing. No pushing through discomfort.

**Open. Breathe. Reset.**

It's a simple reminder that your body spends all day adapting to what you ask of it.

Give it time to move differently.

Healing in Motion. πŸ’œ

A few days near Payson with family, cooler air, and a little change of scenery. 🌲

Sometimes getting away for a few days is exactly the reset you need before heading home and getting back to work.

Grateful for the time awayβ€”and for views like this along the way. πŸ’œ

Just a little reminder that your wellness deserves a spot on the calendar too. πŸ’œ

Make the time. We’ll bring the massage to you.

Healing in Motion.

Sometimes we adjust to discomfort without even realizing we're doing it.

You turn your whole body because your neck is stiff. You sit differently because of your hip. You stop doing something you enjoy because you know how you'll feel afterward.

Eventually, those little adjustments can start feeling normal.

After 20 years as a massage therapist, I've learned that where you hurt is only part of the conversation.

I also want to know how you're moving, what feels restricted and most importantly, what you want to get back to doing.
Because massage isn't only about how you feel on the table.

"It's about what your body helps you do when you get off of it."

There's no pressure to have it all figured out. πŸ’œ

Keep moving in a healthy direction, one choice at a time. Small progress still counts.

Good news: Holly found the problem.

Bad news: It’s outside her scope of practice. πŸ˜‚πŸš—πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ

Apparently not everything can be fixed with massage.

"Healing in Motion… eventually." πŸ˜†
