Helping men optimize hormones, improve metabolic health, and restore energy and vitality.

đŸ«€The most common cause of ED isn’t in your head — it’s your blood vessels, and it’s often the first warning sign for your
heart.

Want your heart + blood-flow numbers checked? DM me.

đŸȘ«Most men assume ED means low testosterone. Usually it’s your blood vessels and metabolism waving a flag — and it all
shows up on a lab panel. (A full workup also checks meds, sleep, and stress.) In person in Phoenix TRAIN HARD, RECOVER FAST

Your health deserves a plan, not just a protocol. 👀

Peptides, testosterone, and other therapies should be approached with proper evaluation, lab guidance, and monitoring—not just whatever worked for someone else.

Your gym buddy can help you get through leg day. Your health deserves a little more strategy. 😂

Most weight-loss shots copy one of your hormones. The next one copies three. 👀

Retatrutide is being studied because it works on three receptors your body already uses — GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon — to curb appetite, steady blood sugar, and turn up how much energy you burn.

But here’s the part that doesn’t change no matter how many hormones the shot hits: the biology only works while the signal is there. Stop with no plan and appetite and metabolism drift right back.

More receptors isn’t a shortcut around the plan. It’s still protein, resistance training to protect muscle, and habits that hold when the medication steps down.

That’s the part I do differently.

Can you do TRT and still have kids? Yes — but only if you plan for it.

Testosterone therapy tells your brain to stop signaling your te**es, which shuts down your own testosterone and your s***m production. Counts can drop, sometimes to zero.

Your options: if kids are on the table, we can often treat low T with a medication like enclomiphene that raises your own testosterone while keeping fertility intact. If you’re already on testosterone, adding hCG can help protect s***m production. And banking s***m before you start is simple insurance.

Already on TRT and want kids? Fertility usually recovers after stopping, sometimes with medication to restart it — but it can take months and isn’t guaranteed. Sooner is better.

Don’t start blind. Work with a provider who plans for this from day one. Message me.

Low testosterone doesn’t just kill your s*x drive — it shortens your fuse. A lot of guys get irritable, flat, or checked out and never connect it to their hormones. If you’ve been snapping at everyone and feeling like a stranger to yourself, it’s worth checking. Message me.

Your testosterone therapy might not be the whole answer. 👀

If you’re still exhausted, sleeping poorly, or waking up feeling unrefreshed, it may be time to look at what’s happening while you sleep. 😮

A sleep study can be done in your own home 🏠 — no overnight lab required.

Because better sleep doesn’t just help you feel better
it can help optimize your testosterone therapy. đŸ’ȘđŸŒâšĄïž

⚠ MORE belly fat — crushing your estrogen actually drives up visceral (deep abdominal) fat
⚠ WEAKER bones — men need estrogen for bone health; AIs lower bone density and can raise fracture risk over time
⚠ These risks grow the longer you use them

Bottom line: estrogen isn’t the enemy. In men it protects your fat balance and bones. Blocking it can quietly cost you bone strength and add visceral fat — for little to no muscle benefit.

Whether you’re already using an AI, thinking about it, or just want your testosterone and overall health dialed in — come talk it through. No lectures, no judgment. My job is to help you reach your goals safely, and there are often better, evidence-based ways to get there. Book a visit and let’s build a plan together. đŸ©șđŸ’Ș

Curious about “estrogen blockers” (aromatase inhibitors) for building muscle? Great question — and a really common one. Let’s look at what the science says. 🧠đŸ’Ș

Aromatase inhibitors (AIs) — drugs like anastrozole — are popular in gym circles for “controlling estrogen” while boosting testosterone. There’s zero judgment here — lots of guys are curious about them. Here’s what the research actually shows for men:

✅ They DO raise testosterone (often only into the mid-normal range) and lower estrogen

❌ They DON’T build meaningful muscle — studies show no real gain in muscle size or strength, and no improvement in body composition

The truth: in men, testosterone builds muscle. Blocking estrogen doesn’t unlock extra gains.

👉 Part 2: the trade-offs nobody posts about.

đŸ©ž 50+ labs. One blood draw đŸ©ž

This is everything I check on a NEW PATIENT— hormones, thyroid, heart, blood sugar, complete blood count, kidney, liver, electrolytes, and nutrients. All drawn right here in the office.

Most places run one number and hand you a protocol. I look at the whole picture, because how you feel is rarely explained by a single lab — and sometimes what’s dragging you down isn’t even your hormones.
