Chair massage day at Fox Sports 🎥💆♀️
One chair, a few ginger chews, and a lot of tight shoulders.
Being 4'11" means gym machines rarely fit right, and with EDS, I have to be extra careful about joint alignment. 😅 Here is my adjustment for the hip abductor to get a better glute contraction without the "pinched" hip feeling. Tag your fellow shorties!
I haven’t posted in a while 😅
But I finally got a Dolphin massage chair and I’m obsessed 💆♀️
Makes chair massage SO much easier when you’re 4’11” fighting for leverage every day 😂
