I blend therapeutic massage, fascia work, lymphatic techniques & intuitive bodywork to release tension, reduce stress & support deeper healing.
These are majorly discounted at $50 sessions and are 90 minutes- the regular rate of 90 minutes is $185.
This is for model sessions only which means there will be recording for segments of the session but you will still receive massage services during, I want you leaving feeling amazing as always 🫶🏼

Basically what I’m saying is everyone is a good candidate for regular massage because one common thread all of these things share is they’re signs you’re struggling with internal body awareness. If massage is good for anything, it’s bringing you back to your body and giving you awareness to the signals your body has been trying to give you for years on end.
Having body awareness gives YOU all the tools to align and get back to your balanced self in a way that’s simple & rejuvenating without outsourcing your ability to heal yourself. 🤍

A little full-circle moment to share 🤍
So so grateful to be training my first studio here in Wichita, my hometown. It feels extra special knowing I once left this city to learn everything I could in Arizona, and now I get to bring that knowledge back and share it with other talented therapists.
Life is funny.. never in a million years did I think I’d be doing this.
What started as a curiosity to heal and help others heal has turned into an opportunity to teach, and share my passions. Excited to pour into this community and help more practitioners discover the beauty of this work. ✨
I’m in the process of rebuilding my clientele in Wichita after moving back from Arizona where I had an amazing clientele with hundreds of beautiful humans- My goal is to cultivate the same community here! As you can imagine that’s a long journey so any referrals or reposts along the way are appreciated 🫶🏼
I know going into booking a massage blind can be hard so I’m going to give you a little insight into my style of massage! To start, I’m very passionate and I nerd out about massage and how our bodies work so you will always get my best every session. I use Myofascial release and neuromuscular therapies to make each session last. Combining other modalities and customizing every session, my goal is to make sure it’s always the perfect balance of therapeutic and deeply relaxing ☁️
Session length vary 1 hour, 90 min, or 2 hours and each session is custom to you. These are mobile sessions so I would come to you!

I am so excited that I got to give my sister a facial balancing session for her birthday this year 😍🤍
In her session we really focused on balancing the jaw and bringing it forward into place, along with releasing deep suboccipital tension (which helped in releasing tension in the eyes)

She mentioned after her session that she can't remember the last time her jaw was that relaxed... music to my ears 😌🤍
I visibly notice such a difference here.. cheeks are lifted in place, the jaw is no longer holding inflammation and fluid, the jaw placement is much more relaxed, and even her neck is less inflamed and relaxed. A win is a win 🙌🏼
