Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients and the support you give my business. In order to continue providing the best service possible and to respect both my time and my livelihood, I have updated my cancellation and rescheduling policy.

48-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to fill your spot.

Same-Day Cancellations / Reschedules
Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests will require an inconvenience fee day of && before booking another appointment. Last-minute changes leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled and directly impact my income.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be required to pay a fee day of && before booking again.

Why This Matters
This is my full-time business and how I provide for myself and my family. Repeated last-minute changes make it difficult to maintain a stable schedule, and this policy helps ensure fairness for both myself and my clients who respect their appointment times.

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for understanding, respecting my time, and supporting my business.

I appreciate you all so much and look forward to seeing you at your appointments 💕
