Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are canceled last minute or missed entirely, it impacts our stylists, our small business, and clients waiting for an opening.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
