Very few people see the nights you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, questioning every decision, and wondering if you’re even cut out for this.

Everyone thinks thinning locs happen overnight… they don’t.

Most of the time it’s small habits that slowly weaken your locs over months or even years.

When you leave your styles in too long it’s creates excessive tension at the root.

When you have styles with rubber bands on the ends, that creates tension until you take it out.

Hair Is My Therapy I chose a career that brings me joy.
