The Summer Solstice is one of my favorite days of the year. This day is the tipping point. The moment of all the radiance. The culmination of sun and energy vibration. A day of peak life force. We are half way through the year and fully energized cosmically. Let’s Harness, Engage, Check In, and Alter if needed.
🌞Engage with the light - Start your day early. Make an intention to watch the sun rise today.
Mornings with the sun are better for the brain, your nervous system, and your heart. Enjoy a
moment of quite as the birds serenade the sun’s ascent.
🌞Move outside - it’s the perfect time for Sun Salutations. Or enjoy a walk in the fresh air with Sun on your face and the earth beneath your feet

🌞Harness the light - I always make Flower Essences on the Summer Solstice. Work with
whatever flower speaks to your heart, though I utilize yellow and orange flowers today -
calendula, nasturtiums, squash blossom, blacked eyed susan, sunflower. Simply by adding the
flowers to a clear glass bowl of spring water you can collect their vibrational energy to use in your

🌞It’s a day of fire 🔥
🌞Light a yellow or orange candle today - Invite in the positive, enthusiastic nature of
summer. Open your heart to the flow of energy today. Picture what you are growing and feed that
purpose some extra strength sun growth food.

🌞Have a bonfire - Celebrate connection and community around a bonfire.🔥

🌞Check in with yourself - We are halfway through the year and we are picking up speed. How
are you doing? How are the projects coming along that you started? Are you dying to get your hands
dirty on something new? If you feel swell, dig into where you can blossom further.
If you feel like your efforts aren’t quite landing - check in with how the work feels. Is this project still
in alignment for you? Are you doing/growing/learning in a way that truly speaks to your heart (notthe image you are told to/trying to portray)?
