Pregnant? YES!
You can absolutely get waxed while pregnant, and many women even prefer it! Clients often mention that it’s one less thing to worry about both before and after giving birth, and the postpartum benefits are significant
Period? YES!
It’s absolutely fine to still get waxed whilst on. — no shame, no worries, just wear a clean tampon or cup and come get smooth 💕
Your comfort matters, and we’ve seen it all — so don’t cancel that self-care for a little cycle magic!
Accutane? NO!
Do not have any cosmetic treatments, including hair removal (waxing), dermabrasion, or laser treatments while you’re taking accutane e.g -isotretinoin, and for 6 months after you stop taking it. It contains extremely high levels of Vitamin A, which can significantly reduce oil production in your skin. This can cause your skin to become very dry and fragile, increasing the risk of bruising and skin lifting. It also may result in redness, irritation, and potentially long-lasting hyperpigmentation
