Hey everyone! We have our new text message reminder system up and running. We are still working out a few kinks so please be patient with us & the system. Couple things:

💕If you didn’t receive a text message reminder, do not think you do not have an appointment just because you didn’t receive one. We might not have you in the system just yet!
💕If you have personally called and talk to one of us on the phone to cancel an appointment, but you are still getting text messages you’re OK just ignore them. We have you canceled on our end. The system just still sends them.
💕Do not reply. You must call the salon to cancel or reschedule. It’s an automated system.
💕You will now receive a text instantly and a text the day before your appointment!

Hey everyone! Just a heads up, we are getting a new credit card machine, when paying with a credit card you will be charged a fee for the processing. If you have any questions just call us 412-885-3336! All other payments are fine as well but again when paying with a card you with now pay your own fee.

Power is back!

🆘 Hello Everyone! Right now we still do not have power at the salon! The salon is also a dead zone so even with our cell phones, we do not have service so, we are trying to get a hold of you all via cell phone.

If you have an appt tomorrow, Thursday May 1st we are hoping and praying it comes back on! If not we will contact you and see what options we have!
