I’m back and I’m better than ever if you seen me this month you know a lot about my post partum and ( which I’m very open about ) and how I talk about .
Four months into my pregnancy I noticed A lot of my inmate areas as well as my finger tips getting a lil dark which didn’t bother me at first.

Deeper into my pregnancy ( approaching my third trimester) I start to notice alot of my little dark areas began becoming alot darker !

When I spoke with my doctor she basically explained
When some woman becomes pregnant, the body experiences many endocrinological and hormonal changes. These changes often result in an increase in melanin, causing certain areas of her skin to become darker. When this darkness occurs on surface areas like your face or arms, it's called melasma.and there was nothing for it.. and that in a year or two it would return somewhat back to normal I have been so determined to start getting back to myself and my under arms where 1st on the list and I’m so happy it worked !!!

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate!!!!!!
Doesn’t matter if you like chemical or manual
Exfoliation should happen 2x a week ! 2 to 3 days apart 💕 I only
Recommend my clients to exfoliate at night ( exception of my nurses that work night shifts ) cause why would you want to deep cleanse your beautiful skin and then start your day 😣 like all the air pollution, UV rays , sweat , etc will just build up on that nicely deep cleanse face .. so night will always be my recommendation when exfoliating.
And guys this is always a double washing meaning you want to wash your face 1st then exfoliate 💕.
So even if you have to set a reminder exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate!!! For the live your skin 💕
