Hair Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Thank you for valuing my time and allowing me to serve you. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the late cancellation fee may apply.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that true emergencies and unexpected illnesses can happen. Fees may be waived at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Payment of Fees

Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
