I’m not a physical therapist…but I do have a specialty in rehabilitation fitness.
I received this text message this morning from a friend. His elbow issue is resolving, thanks to some exercises I encouraged him to try.
Helping people never gets old! If you need help getting your health on track, I’d love to have a conversation with you!

BE LIKE ANN!!!
Today I was working with a woman in her mid-60s. She suffered from chronic low back pain and knee pain…which we’ve essentially resolved!
From maintaining balance to strengthening weak areas of the body, I still LOVE helping people raise their game and feel their best.
I have a snowbird client who is leaving for Arizona in a couple of weeks, creating an opening in my schedule.
If you are looking to get back some of the strength, ability, or mobility that you’ve lost, let’s have a conversation about getting your best back!
The job of today’s workout is to come back again tomorrow. With that in mind:
1) It doesn’t have to be painful to be productive.
2) We’re trying to establish or fortify a habit.
3) You don’t have to show off, just show up.
Go get your workout today! Happy New Year!
