Yesterday marked 1 month since we first met B in person. 🤯 He’s been growing so fast and every day we notice him doing something new. He’s sleeping for 4ish hour stretches at night, almost grown out of his newborn clothes already, likes to stay up more during the day and look around, he’s able to focus on things for longer periods of time and looks in your direction when you talk to him.

Time is flying by…and we sure love you, sweet boy. ♥️

👶🏼 Now that Baby is here, there’s more pressure than ever to feed him, especially given the current formula shortage situation right now. I’m doing everything I can to up my water intake, and my electrolytes. Enter, Prüvit’s Mito//Plex!

💦 Keto/Low Carb + Hydration
Drinking enough water and electrolytes are CRITICAL when on a low carb ketogenic diet! Your cells will hold onto water as you lose fat if you don't get enough water intake. If you keep your water intake up, you'll experience the whoosh and diurese the water your body is holding more quickly!

🥤You can use Pruvit's upgrade electrolytes called Mito//Plex which I use every day! They come in 3 flavors: Lemon, Lime and Citrus as well as unflavored.

⭐️ I like to use the unflavored or Lemon and mix with 20oz of water, ice and a splash of Strawberry Lemonade Crystal Lite flavor for a yummy treat! ⭐️

A few days ago our family was made complete with the arrival of this little guy ♥️

Beau Christopher Robinson
7/27/2022 • 7 lbs • 14 oz • 20 in

He already has his dad’s personality: chill and laid back — unless he’s hungry, then WATCH OUT! 😆

Beau, it’s been quite a journey to get you here, but so incredibly worth it. We are instantly so in love with you!

Last day of Kindergarten for this big kid! We are so proud of you, Reagan Jae! ♥️

Now, onto summer ☀️

We’ve been a little busy over here. More house updates, lots of playing, beautiful flowers from our front yard and enjoying every bit of time we have left with this big kid before her Baby Brother gets here ♥️

Love this!
