Insane that 2025 is coming to an end already- time is weird. It feels like this new year is bringing a lot of change for many of us! Change can be hard or scary or exciting and those emotions can be a lot for our bodies to process. This is where self care comes in!! As a LMT it is my job to hold space and guide the body to do things it knows how to do naturally but might be feeling a bit overwhelmed to do it on it’s own. We all need a little help sometimes!

It’s always an honor to be trusted with these tasks and always appreciate the opportunity to learn something new from the diverse needs of my clients.

With 2025 coming to an end I’d like to thank all of the new clients who have come in to work together! This was my official first year open in my private practice and I am beyond blown away from the support from all of my community and from people I’ve only met once. The support I’ve felt has honestly given me such hope for this world and I don’t think I knew how much I needed that until I received it.

My self care this year is going to be OFF THE HOOK! I plan on continuing with my 2-3x week strength training and adding in a day of cardio (gross, but necessary lol), I plan on exploring acupuncture, energy work and cranial sacral techniques to see how my body responds as well as getting my normal 1-3 massages a month. Things I HOPE to prioritize this year is some art classes. I’d love to play around with pottery and yarn work-I only know how to crochet straight lines at the moment lol
