Rose City Hair

Sara is a Master Stylist homegrown in Oregon who specializes in fantasy color, color correction and creative haircutting. Inspired by the technical design principles of color, shape, weight and form, they transform a single session in the salon into a three-dimensional experience meant to enrich both your inner and outer self. After founding Rose City Hair in 2013, Sara grounded their professional roots in Portland’s Historic Southeast District, where they have been serving the community ever since. Sara is also a Senior Cosmetology Educator who recently ended a four-year residency as the Hair Design Program Manager and Esthetics Instructor at Portland Beauty Academy. Their other accomplishments include:

- Certifications in Pulp Riot, Pravana, Matrix and Paul Mitchell haircolor.

Spring services offered are limited haircoloring, haircutting, and facial waxing and will be expanded Summer 2021 to include chemical texture and mini-facial services. Sara is only available for private bookings which may be scheduled by contacting them directly:
