Hey there, just making sure you’re not letting diet culture dictate your one wild, precious life again. 🫶

“Getting back on track” assumes you were meant to stay on the same track all year long.
But seasons change. And life changes with them.
The goal isn’t perfect consistency. The goal is learning how to adapt without abandoning yourself (or your habits) in the process.
The summer solstice is a perfect time to slow down and recalibrate for the road ahead. The word solstice comes from the Latin solstitium, meaning “sun standing still.” It’s an invitation to temporarily pause and change your direction.
If you’ve been feeling scattered, depleted, or disconnected from your routines lately, this workshop was created for you.
Join us on June 21st at 2 pm PST/5 pm EST for a live, interactive workshop where you’ll experience:
✨ Practical insights
✨ Space to reflect
✨ A guided, somatic exercise

If saying no feels uncomfortable, start smaller than you think.
I often work with clients on practicing “micro-nos.” Like reps at the gym, this helps our nervous system build reps. You may not feel ready to tell your friend or parent, “No,” but you can tell the cashier or the barista. Every small “no” reinforces the message: “My needs can come first and that can still be safe, even when it’s scary.”
Practice saying:
“I’m going to pass.”
“I don’t have capacity for that.”
“Let me get back to you.”
Your body learns safety when you stop abandoning yourself in the small moments first. 🍋
How you talk to yourself matters. Try shifting from critical to curious. 💡
Remember: Thoughts drive our ➡️ Beliefs which drives our ➡️ Behavior
Wellness becomes more sustainable when you stop treating yourself like a problem to fix, and start seeing yourself as a lifelong learner with endless potential. ✨
Over here, we’re redefining what “wellness” means. Follow along for content that feels more human and less overwhelming. 🍋

What we label as “lack of motivation” is often just unmet needs.
You call yourself “lazy” but what if you’re lacking support?
You say you need to be more “disciplined” with food, but what if your body is letting you know it needs more fuel?
How we talk to and think of ourselves matters. What we believe affects how we show up. 💛

The real healing started when I stopped treating myself like a problem to fix.
Movement became more enjoyable.
Food feels less scary.
My routine feels like it actually supports my life, rather than fighting against it.
Drop a “💛” if you want more of that too!

The wellness industry loves to convince us that health lives in tiny details.
The “right” milk.
The “wrong” ingredient.
The “perfect” routine.
Meanwhile, a lot of us are ignoring the basics:
Eating enough, sleeping enough, managing stressors, moving your body, having support, and actually enjoying your life.
Most people don’t need more fear.
They need more stability, flexibility, and trust with themselves.
Drop a “💛” if you agree!

If your self-worth is conditional then weight loss won’t heal you.
It might help temporarily, but then you’re on to the next thing. The goal post keeps moving.
Because the problem was never about how you looked, it’s what you think about yourself. 💛
We don’t shame ourselves into change, we love ourselves into change. If you’re trying to lose weight to fix the negative body image in your mind, you’re going to chase yourself in circles. Address the root cause, not the symptom. 💛
3 foods I’d never consume as a board-certified health and wellness coach…
Olives, Cole slaw, and blue cheese.
Why? Because I think they’re gross 🥴 (sorry to yuck anyone’s yum)
You’re allowed to choose foods
you genuinely enjoy without the guilt. Remember, not everything labeled “expert advice” is universal truth. Nutrition is nuanced. It should include balance, satisfaction, culture, and individuality. You don’t have to follow rules that don’t actually serve you. 😌
