Energy Healer, Spiritual Advisor, Wellness Consultant- aiding you on your wellness journey
I am a healer and want to use my gifts for the benefit of others. *I am available nationally through long-distance virtual sessions.* I am certified in Reiki and will be pursuing other energy work modalities. I believe that in order to feel and be our best we must take care of our mental, spiritual, and physical selves. Through energy work, holistic methods of helping and taking care of our bodies, and working on our mental wellness we can be our best selves and live fully!
*With Covid-19 long-distance and virtual sessions are only available.
No more.
No more accepting less than what I deserve. No more missing/ignoring/dismissing my own thoughts & feelings for someone else's and therefore ultimately missing the red flags of abuse. I'm good.
I've recognized the problem here. It's me. I've been letting this happen and I'm saying no more. If it doesn't serve me, it does not stay in my life. My energy, sanity, and well-being is too precious to continue living this way. I'm not a doormat. I'm a human being worthy of my needs, wants, and desires being met. My energy will be intentionally spent on things and people that help me bloom, water and nourish me, and support me as I grow.
I need to work on a lot of things, but these are my top focuses right now. I've cut a couple people out already and as hard as it is (for some of them) it's what's best for me in the long run
