What is tallow doing in your skincare? 🤎

Tallow has a long history of being used to moisturize and protect the skin. Because its fatty acid profile is similar to some of the lipids naturally found in our skin, it’s often used in skincare formulas designed to support the skin barrier and lock in moisture.

We use tallow as the base of our Whipped Tallow Balm and Tallow Body Lotion because we wanted rich, nourishing moisture without creating an overly complicated ingredient list.✨
