What a meaningful evening at our recent Mindful Monday: June 15th at Spa Castle! 🌿✨

We’re still glowing from the magic of our collaboration with the incredible Mimi of Maison Palo Santo® — who flew all the way from Texas to share her grounding silent disco meditation and her love with us. 🎧🕯️

With each breath, we were held by the sacred scent of Palo santo — grown and sourced from her family’s farm in Ecuador. That connection — to earth, to lineage, to stillness — ran deep. And with live sound healing and Reiki woven throughout, the energy was nothing short of transformative.

Mimi, thank you for your presence, your wisdom, and the love you pour into every journey, stick, candle, and spray. You’re a true light. I’m beyond thankful for my custom Palo santo trophy (my version of a Grammy🏆) 💛

And the best part? This is just the beginning.
We’re already dreaming up our next collaboration — another Silent Disco Palo Santo Experience + Live Sound & Reiki Journey — coming your way on an evening in *August*. 🌙🎶

This Thursday, June 18th | 6:30–7:30 PM, we’re hosting a *FREE Mat Pilates + Soundbath* class in the backyard patio of The Cigar Factory LIC. Just rsvp and bring your yoga mat — we’ll have tea brewing and good vibes flowing. 🫖✨

Led with love:
🔸 Ayaka ayakawong will be guiding a Stott-based Mat Pilates class with structural awareness and mindful movement
🔸 Mandi of QT will close with a soothing soundbath journey, to melt the week away
🔸 And the radiant Rebecca (Bex) Soul Narrative Yoga will be with us from *6–8:30 PM*, offering mini Ayurveda wellness sessions (Pitta-balancing focus) on a “by-donation” basis before, during, and after our Pilates + Sound class.
