👶Baby's First Adjustment! ❤

Welcoming one of our tiniest practice members for their very first chiropractic adjustment at just 7 weeks old!

One of the most common questions we hear is, "Why would a baby need chiropractic care?"

Birth is an incredible process, but it's also physically demanding—for both mom and baby. Even a smooth delivery places significant pressure on a baby's head, neck, and spine. Some parents choose to have their infants evaluated to ensure they're moving comfortably and developing with as few restrictions as possible.

The technique that the Adjust Doctors use to adjust infants is extremely gentle—using no more pressure than you would use to slide a quarter across the table. Every visit begins with a thorough evaluation, and care is always tailored to the individual child. Infants and children tend to be very responsive to chiropractic. We are consistently amazed how a child with colic or ear infections respond to the adjustments.

Lotus will be at the Pulaski Innovation Center through July, then I will be transitioning to a smaller home based massage practice.

Wow, this popped up from April 2009 my massage school graduation class in Maui! Over 17 years ago now. On the left is James Hackett, he was the master at neuromuscular therapy and the inspiration for most the work I do. None of us would be the therapist we are today with him.
