This is a friendly reminder to resist the urge to touch/pick/pop your breakouts 🧡
Not only can it damage the skin tissue, but can also push more bacteria, oil & dead skin into the pore causing it to become angry & more inflamed- taking longer to heal than it might have.

So what can you do instead of picking? Take a trip to the pumpkin patch 😁
In all seriousness though, take a deep breath, apply ice to the breakout for 10-15 seconds 1-2x/day, apply a sulfur mask as a spot treatment if you can, & let it be!

If you find it hard to resist picking- pimple patches are a great option 🧡
