Juneteenth is more than a celebration of freedom, it is a celebration of resilience, culture, and the enduring strength of the Black community. It marks the day when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom, reminding us of the power of liberation, self-expression, and collective progress.
As a natural hair salon created for our people, by our people, we recognize that hair has always been more than style. Throughout history, our hair has been a symbol of identity, heritage, creativity, and pride. It tells stories of where we’ve come from and reflects the beauty of who we are.
