Day 8 complete. ✅

Something interesting is happening.

The burpees are getting easier.

I’m moving faster.
Recovering quicker.
Thinking about them less.

Do I like them now?

Nope.

Not even a little.

But that’s the thing about consistency.

You don’t have to fall in love with something for it to become easier.

You just have to keep doing it.

Most people quit before they get to this point. They stop when it’s uncomfortable, sore, or inconvenient.

The body adapts.
The mind adapts.

But only if you keep showing up.

50 burpees.
5 sets of 10.
Done.

Day 8 reminder:

You don’t have to like it.
You just have to do it.

7 days to go. 🔥

We spend so much time looking for the next solution that we forget to address the environment creating the problem.

Your body is constantly responding to the conditions you give it.

Sleep. Nutrition. Stress. Movement. Sunlight.

Clean the water, and the body often does what it was designed to do.

What area of your “water” needs the most attention right now?👇

Daily wellness habits that changed my life.

Part 2: Walking.

Not because it burns a ton of calories.

Because it supports almost everything else.

Better stress management.
Better recovery.
Better energy.
Better consistency.

The health industry loves complicated.

Your body loves consistent.

Part 3 tomorrow.

I know this one might ruffle some feathers.

But if you’re doing high-intensity boot camps, endless cardio classes, or grinding through workouts 5-7 days a week and still not seeing the results you want…

The problem probably isn’t that you’re not working hard enough.

For many women, especially after 40, the answer isn’t more stress on the body.

It’s better sleep.
Better nutrition.
More recovery.
Strength training.
Walking.
A lifestyle that actually supports your body instead of constantly pushing it.

I see it all the time.

Women are exhausted, inflamed, frustrated, and convinced they need to do more.

Most of the time, they need to do less and recover better.

Your body doesn’t change because you punish it.

It changes because you support it.

Comment “UNSTUCK” if you’re ready to stop fighting your body and start working with it.

Your future health is being built by your current habits.

Not by what you do once.
Not by what you do on Monday.
Not by what you plan to start next month.

By what you repeatedly do today.

Every meal.
Every walk.
Every night of sleep.
Every decision to support—or neglect—your health.

The good news?

You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight.

You just need to make enough good decisions, consistently enough, for your future self to thank you.

The habits you’re practicing today are creating the health you’ll experience tomorrow.

What is one habit your future self would be grateful you started today?

Getting outside within the first hour of waking helped me:

• Wake up naturally
• Improve my energy throughout the day
• Sleep better at night
• Reduce afternoon crashes
• Support my body’s natural rhythm

Your body is constantly looking for signals that tell it when to be awake and when to be asleep.

Morning sunlight is one of the strongest signals you can give it.

Before the supplements.
Before the biohacks.
Before the complicated routines.

Start here.

The health industry profits from confusion.

Because if healthy living was marketed as:

✔ Eat real food
✔ Sleep 7-9 hours
✔ Move your body daily
✔ Manage stress
✔ Repeat

…it wouldn’t seem exciting enough to sell.

But that’s exactly where the magic happens.

Most people don’t need a more complicated plan.

They need a simpler one they can actually stick to.

The basics work when you work them.

What’s the hardest one for you to stay consistent with?

5 things I wish I knew before I started my health journey:

1. You have to eat.
Starving yourself isn’t a strategy. Your body needs nourishment to heal, recover, and thrive.
2. Sleep matters more than you think.
You can’t outwork, out-supplement, or out-diet chronic exhaustion.
3. “Everything in moderation” didn’t work for me.
Some habits, foods, and behaviors were keeping me stuck. Sometimes change requires clear boundaries.
4. Sunlight is powerful.
Morning light, fresh air, and time outside did more for my energy and mood than I ever expected.
5. It’s okay to relax.
Your body doesn’t need constant punishment. It needs periods of recovery, safety, and rest.

The biggest surprise?

Health wasn’t built through doing more.

It was built through doing the right things consistently.

If you’re tired of fighting your body and ready to start supporting it instead, comment UNSTUCK.

Part 5:

If you’ve watched this entire series, here’s what I hope you understand.

Your body isn’t broken. You are ONE Decision away from changing everything.

Most women think they need a better plan, but what they really need is a decision.

✅ A decision to stop starting over.

✅ A decision to stop chasing quick fixes.

✅ A decision to stop fighting their body and start supporting it.

The future version of you isn’t built through one perfect day. You’re built through the decisions you make every day.

So here’s my question:

What are you going to decide today?

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start creating lasting change, comment DECIDE or DM me RESTORE.
