Wednesday
I love knowing that I don’t have to muster up the strength on my own. My prayer today remains: 'Lord, make me willing to be made willing.' He supplies the grace when we bring Him our heart.
Tuesday
Listening takes quietness. It’s so easy to let the noise of the day drown out His voice. Taking time today to pause, be still, and just listen.
Monday
Surrender starts with a single step. Today, I’m asking God to show me just one small corner of my heart that I’ve been holding onto. What’s one area you’re laying down this week?
My focus word for this week is Willing.
When I sit down and really evaluate my heart, the question I keep coming back to is: am I truly willing? Am I willing to let the Lord into every single corner of my life to clean it out? Am I willing to quiet the noise and actually listen to His still, small voice?
At the end of the day, it comes down to surrender and trust. On my own, I know I can’t do it. But my prayer this week is simple: "Lord, make me willing to be made willing." He is my strength, and I’m holding tight to the promise that the good work He started in me—and in you—He will be faithful to complete.
Where in your life is He asking for your "yes" today?

Why You Need a 'Closet Time'
Establishing a daily closet time is the secret to building the spiritual strength you need for public life.
We often run on empty, but setting aside specific, uninterrupted time to shut out distractions and talk with God changes everything. By following the example of Jesus, who spent entire nights in prayer, we learn how to prioritize consistent daily devotion even when life feels overwhelming. This intentional quiet reflection is where true endurance is found.
When we commit to a regular prayer life, we are better equipped to handle the demands of our daily walk. Consistency is the key to maintaining a healthy relationship with the Lord, ensuring we are always grounded in His word rather than relying on our own strength.

My word for the week is PRESENT
Sabbath:
A day of rest and true connection. Thankful for the peace found in His presence and in the company of those we love.
Friday:
Heading into the weekend, choosing presence over busyness. How are you being present today?
Thursday:
Life is a gift and today is unrepeatable. Make sure your loved ones feel seen today.
Wednesday:
Midweek check-in: Don't forget to pause and appreciate the people right in front of you.
Tuesday:
Taking time to really listen today—no distractions, just being there.
Monday:
"Starting the week intentionally. Who can you show up for today?
"
With everything happening in the world lately, it keeps hitting me just how fast things can change. We really aren't promised tomorrow. It’s made me want to slow down and truly be there—with my family, my friends, my co-workers, and even my pets.
Being present isn't complicated, but it takes intention. It means setting distractions aside, listening when someone speaks, sharing open moments, and making sure the people in our lives know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are loved.
James 4:14 reminds us that our life here is just a v***r. Let’s make every second count while we have it. Who can you show up for today?
