I intentionally book every appointment exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or a client does not show up, that time is often impossible to fill on short notice.

As a small business, my schedule and income depend on the appointments I reserve for my clients. A missed appointment not only impacts my business, but also prevents another client from booking that time.

To be fair to all clients and to keep my schedule running smoothly, a 48-hour cancellation policy is in place. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a $30 fee that must be paid prior to booking a future appointment. This applies to all appointments including pre-paid packages.
