Yesterday I was able to catch up a little from being depleted on products as well as get some going out the door!

Tried my first cold – pressed face cream today with Lotion Crafters Aristoflex AVC!

I substituted some water with some hydrosol and aloe vera juice for a light scent and extra moisture, and I really love the texture!

Posting this to show that sometimes things just don’t work in your favor!

Client orders regular replacement face cream. Emulsifier normally used was discontinued & found this in ingredient drawer so let’s experiment!

I had bad feelings when it started resembling Sunday breakfast of biscuits & gravy but finished it just for experience….

Well, she immediately got a replacement with another favorite emulsifier & I got some ‘after shower gravy’… 🤣🤣🤣 At least it smells good!!

Emulsifier is made from guar gym & rice bran… not really sure why I bought it or what I can put it in since it’s brown… 🤮

I’ve been swamped in classes and my face was paying the price with the windy spring and the desert heating up.

I had a mostly free day and got to go a few miles into the BLM land and see if the 🐝🐝🐝 had any food left (not much 😔), smoke a brisket and refill my own stash!

I have some ideas for some new face products - including an even more lush 🐝 face cream with royal jelly, honey & propolis!

Just a reminder that summer is right around the corner & it’s time to keep your toners & face mists in the fridge for a great pick me up and to not forget your sunscreen!

Prevention will save your face more than any amount of vitamins and restorative products!

Tried a new ingredient from Lotion Crafter called “wrinkle defense complex” in a blueberry oil based face cream 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For my crepey-skinned mature friends 🥰 I used some fruit based alpha hydroxy acids from Formulator Sample Shop in both a serum and a face cream🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lastly, for me, I refilled some eye shadows! 💖

Unlabeled because I just couldn’t wait!! I’ve been using this hair mask on my extensions for a few months and it leaves them super soft, silky & manageable! No more tangles!

With the added moisture from hyaluronic acid, the butters & oils soak in and rinse clean pretty quickly on 1st shampoo!

Last of the summer gel serum headed out the door next week!

Time for fall/winter full oil serums & scents! No, there is no pumpkin spice in my line up! 🙄😝
