⏰ 10 minutes grace period for all appointments. At minute 11 you will be charged a $10 late fee. Appointment will be cancelled after 20/25 minutes. You will not be blocked from booking, you’ll just forfeit your original deposit and will have to pay a new deposit for a new appointment.
📅 NO CALL/NO SHOWS deposit forfeited and will owe 50% of the service that you no called/no showed for!
🕰️ if you cancel/reschedule with less than 25 hours notice you will owe a $15 fee at your next schedule appointment day/time.
