Each month I take a % of all my sales and donate it to help out local homeless pet populations. I also will give money to people asking for help getting their pets fixed.
My business is tiny. Itās just me working 4 days a week seeing anywhere from 4 to 8 clients a day and we got over 100 cats spayed/neutered since I opened this business last year! THANK YOU to the people that choose to support my business!
Thatās a lot less suffering and a lot less damage to our natural ecosystem and bird populations.
I imagine what a difference even bigger businesses could makeā¦. šhello bigger businesses! Want to donate too? We have TONS of animal rescue groups in town that need your help!
Surely we all pay enough in taxes to have low cost spay and neuter programs here but our cities just donāt seem to care. Instead the burden is often placed on the bleeding hearts of a society to run rescues.
My wish is that larger businesses will donate more to help their communities. I see lots of businesses donating things like pocket mirrors and hair scrunchies with thier logo on it but thatās not actually helping anything except to get their name out there.
Yes I do see them hosting Toys for Tots and sponsoring sports but YOU CAN DO WAY MORE.
There is just too much money being hoarded while so many animals (oh yeah and humans too) are suffering right now.
Anywho- thank you to the clients that choose my business, you are also helping and soul you may likely never meet and that is what life is all about. š¤

What an amazing Tri-Cities Women's Expo this year! Yesterday was a bit slow with the bad weather and fires but today we had a great turn out. It was so fun to watch mothers and daughters, sisters and friends walk around chatting and laughing.
People really came out to support my business and made this Womenās Expo 100% worth the extra work!
