What a special time today at Celeste Farms with you folks. It means the world to me to feel my offerings truly received to your guys’ openness. Thank you for that.

It was so nice connecting with one another and, as always, to the plants.

May you forage and intuit what your body needs with joyful abandon. Blending teas is a wonderful way to build trust and self-love within yourself by listening to your body telling you what it needs. Most of the time, what you are drawn to intuitively is what you need. Sip your blends with intention and get cozy at home.
(Wish there had been time to have a tea ceremony after!)

Remember the rule of thirds when foraging, and look under your leaves before nibbling on them! Please also make sure that you can accurately confirm what plant it is that you are plucking. Please DO NOT use AI or apps to identify plants.

True mastery & bravery entails moving feeling it & moving through it, as it will always be a part of you. We cannot bypass these experiences, or we suffer more. This energy can be transmuted into something beautiful, too. We are all here for you and each other.
