Talent Rate-
Session Rate: $700/day for 10hrs + 20%
Usage Rate: $1,500 + 20% (inclusive of social media content, radio and exclusivity)

Video: North America / Worldwide on paid social/digital, digital banners, and company website
Terms: Two (2) years from the date of campaign launch Archival rights for internal and award submission purposes in perpetuity.
Exclusivity: Talent engaged for the Energy Utility Company “Energy Mysteries” campaign will be required to grant exclusivity in the energy utility category for a period of two (2) years from the first date of use.
Exclusivity Territory: Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia.
Exclusivity Category: Energy utility companies (including but not limited to gas, electric, renewable, or other residential/commercial energy providers).
Exclusivity Scope: Talent may not perform in, appear in, or lend their likeness/voice to any advertising, promotional, or marketing material for competing energy utility companies operating in the specified states during the exclusivity term. This exclusivity applies to all media types (broadcast, digital, social, print, OOH, industrial, PR, experiential, and paid media of any form) for the full term of use.

Seeking talent for CW project - August 18 - NU - Williamsburg VA

Greetings everyone! New project just in! Here is what we know/need:

Date: August 18 with rain date of August 25

Time Commitment: Full Day

Time: TBD (early call time of 7am is likely due to Art Museum restrictions)

Activities: Archaeology Center, Art Museums, other TBD (all will be accessible)

Roles: All non-speaking, non-union; we are capturing photos and b-roll for use online, etc.

Usage: In-perpetuity license for photo and video (lifetime buyout for CW Resorts for print, digital, etc.)

We need to book (1) Multi-Generational Family. Ethnicity/Race: Mixed race - open ethnicity.

Mom & Dad - Parents, age 30-40

2-3 Children, ages 7-16

Grandparents or other relatives (Aunt and Uncle)

Special Request (if possible): They would like to include a younger person in a wheelchair to help highlight accessible attractions at Colonial Williamsburg.

Budget: Pricing listed below is for Full Day booking and usage (less any fees)

BASIC FI****MS WORKSHOP:

In preparation for our Intense Shootout Training coming this year, the basic fi****ms on set and basic equestrian classes are required for safety and to help you look as amazing on camera as possible during these very dynamic action sequences with various types of weapons.

Basic fi****ms on the set class (these are early in the morning because of the heat). The classes will be under a roof but outdoors and you will learn the basic of how to load and fire multiple types of weapons in preparation for the more intense, dramatic training later this year. Limit is 7 students per class.

BASIC EQUESTRIAN WORKSHOP

Basic equestrian for actors (these will be outdoors and are earlier in the day because of the anticipated summer weather) We will conduct parts of the class under a roof but the mini scene shoots will be outside. You can use this training for any equestrian role but must have it before using horses in our intense shootout training later this year. Limit is 5 students per class.

UPDATED! Seeking talent for Make-A-Wish Video project - NU - week of 8/17 - DC area

Greetings everyone! DEADLINE EXTENDED AND NEW RATES!!

We are seeking talent for an upcoming Make-A-Wish project as follows:

Synopsis:

The film is about learning to let go and rest and finding your identity in what is real. The film follows, Candace, as she moves through her days on autopilot. It isn't until she is stripped of her phone, her schedule, and her routines that she's forced to actually stop and feel the world around her again. That stillness leads her somewhere unexpected.

Date: Week of August 17th anticipated

Location: Washington DC area

Talent needed:

- Principal: Candace (18-25 female of color) (potential for multiple days). Rate $450 less agency fees per day. A grounded, intelligent woman who has become disconnected from her own life. Candace is capable, practical, and quietly exhausted—moving through each day on autopilot, burying grief beneath routines, responsibilities, and constant motion. The role requires subtle, emotionally restrained performance that gradually opens into genuine presence, wonder, and connection. Strong facial acting and an ability to communicate complex emotion without dialogue are essential.

- Dayplayer: Elderly woman (70+ female, any ethnicity) (anticipate 1 day) $400 less agency fees per day (only 1 day anticipated).

About Autumn:

Autumn is 14, she is a Poet, she lives in Clarksville, Maryland, and is battling lymphoma. Her idea is to write a poetic script and collaborate with a team to create a short film that she helps direct. Focus on visual storytelling and emotional expression. Her Goal: ‘To bring my writing to life through film and experience the creative process of being both a writer and director.’ Final result, a Premiere of the completed film with friends and family.

Submission process:

For the self tape, please slate with first and last name then go into the sides. It is recommended to be off book if possible and have a reader (if possible). If you do not have a reader, just act out the lines of the character only.

Greetings everyone! NEW PROJECT JUST IN!

Here is what we know/need:

Dates: September 9, 10, 11 (see details below)

Rates $300 for half day and $750 for full day (less fees). Potential travel stipend to be discussed.

Usage: Paid social/Web/digital/TV

Client has requested new talent/new faces so please do not submit if you have participated in a Massanutten Resort project previously.

Possible Activities: Golf, Swimming, Hiking, Dining, Chairlift Rides, etc

Talent needed: Women and men in their 30s to 50s - Open ethnicity. Talent of interest may be contacted for additional photos.

We will not have a stylist or hair/makeup on this shoot, so talent must be prepared to bring clothing they may own and do their own hair. (It's a natural look though - nothing fancy)

Client has requested new talent/new faces so please do not submit if you have participated in a Massanutten Resort project previously.

Day 1 - October 8th
Location: Massanutten Resort - Pickleball and/or farmers market
Talent Needs: Half day - will either be pickleball scene or farmer’s market scene but only need talent for half a day.
Talent Specs:
Between 50 – 65 age range - open ethnicity
Eats organic, active, takes care of their body - Earthy and grounded
Scenes need to come off as authentic and real as possible - need to have experience with scene activity
Wardrobe and H&M is their own authentic style
Open to real couple or individuals to be grouped as couple.
Tattoos are optional

Day 2 - October 9th
Location: Evergreene model home scene
Talent Needs: 55+ couple to act as the grandparents. 30-40 couple to act as parents and 2 or 3 young kids (ages 4-7).
Talent Specs:
Multiple age ranges as listed above - Any ethnicity
Eats organic, active, takes care of their body - Earthy and grounded
Scenes need to come off as authentic and real as possible - need to have experience with scene activity
Wardrobe and H&M is their own authentic style
Tattoos are optional
Open to real groups/families or individuals to be grouped together

Day 3 - October 10th
Location: Massanutten Resort - Fall festival
Talent Needs: 55+ couple, may be able to cast two couples this day so it would look like friends getting together.
Talent Specs:
Between 50 – 65 age range - Open ethnicity
Eats organic, active, takes care of their body - Earthy and grounded
Scenes need to come off as authentic and real as possible - need to have experience with scene activity
Wardrobe and H&M is their own authentic style

Timing: 2pm – 6pm (1:30pm arrival)

(5) Talent required: Shooter, 2 female “employees”, 2 male “employees” - Open ethnicity (must be at least 18 years old)

Rate $450 per segment (less fees)



SLOT 2 – Monday August 17

Timing: 10:00pm – 2:00am (9:30pm arrival)

Family Dollar Store (Chesapeake location) Active Shooter video

All non-speaking roles, half day

(6) talent required: Shooter, 2 female, 2 male employees, 1 customer - Open ethnicity (must be at least 18 years old)

Rate $450 per segment (less fees)



SLOT 3 - Tuesday August 18

Timing: 10:00pm – 5:30am (potentially done earlier) (9:30pm arrival)

All SPEAKING roles, full day

Rate $750 (less fees)

(6) talent required - Open ethnicity (must be at least 18 years old):

· Male manager (extensive Speaking role for “Coaching” element – must be comfortable following the script / pretending to lead coaching session. Script will be provided in advance and printed version on clipboard during scene for “Coaching element”)

· 1 Female employee (speaking roles with script provided)

· 1 Male employee (speaking roles with script provided)

· 2 female and 1 male customer (minimal speaking, lines can be provided in advance if requested



Usage: Internal training videos

Rates (less our fees): $450 half; $750 full (per day) as referenced above

NOTE - no travel or accommodations are being offered for this project. Please be sure you are comfortable with the production times and content before submitting.
