One of my babies told me her last set of braids was too tight. I told her when you getting your hair done and it hurts you let them know and tell your mom. When her mom came in I told her the advice I gave her and told her no more tension for a while.

You have to teach your kids to speak up. Your head should not be hurting days later from a hair style. That is not normal nor acceptable.
