BUT… we have one more exciting upgrade! 👀

🤖✨ MEET OUR NEW GLOSS AI RECEPTIONIST! ✨🤖

We’ve officially added Reception by GlossGenius to help make it even easier for our clients to get ahold of us!

Our AI receptionist can help answer calls and texts 24/7, even when we’re:
💇‍♀️ In the middle of an appointment
📵 Unable to get to the phone
🌙 After hours
💬 Busy with another client

It can help with things like appointment requests, availability, services, staff, gift cards, and other general salon questions. It even has access to our salon’s services and booking information so it can help point you in the right direction!

📞 BUT DON’T WORRY — WE’RE STILL HERE! ❤️

You are ALWAYS welcome to call or text your stylist or lash artist directly, just like you always have!

Our Gloss AI receptionist is simply an extra helping hand for those times when we can’t answer right away.

If you leave a message or make an appointment request through Reception, we will still review and approve the appointment just like we normally do. We’ll make sure the service, stylist, date, time, and booking details are correct before everything is finalized.

And as always, if you have an issue or something doesn’t look right, please reach out to us directly and we’ll take care of you! 💗

We’re always looking for ways to make The Velvet Chair Salon more convenient for YOU — while still keeping that personal touch you’ve always gotten from us. 🥰
