Purify offers high quality, private use infrared saunas in a spa-like environment. Detox. Relax. Restore.
Purify offers high-quality, private use infrared saunas in a spa-like environment. Our saunas use infrared light to heat the body directly, raising internal body temperature in order to trigger sweating and alleviate the body of chemicals, toxins, and fat. Unlike a traditional sauna that can only heat the external air around you, infrared penetrates the body. This allows for many more benefits, including detoxification, relief of joint and muscle pain, increased heart rate and weight loss, lowered blood pressure, improved circulation, improved skin appearance and a general heightened feeling of relaxation.

✨ Infrared sauna is a different kind of heat. At a lower ambient temperature than traditional saunas, infrared warmth allows you to settle in, breathe deeply and let your body gradually warm from within.
The sweat may take a little time to arrive, but that’s part of the ritual. With consistent heat exposure, your body can adapt to the experience, supporting its natural sweating response while promoting circulation and relaxation.
And the benefits go beyond the sweat. Regular sauna sessions support cardiovascular wellness, muscle recovery and stress relief (all meaningful pieces of your bigger wellness picture).
Slow down. Warm up. Let your body do what it does naturally. Your 40-minute reset awaits at Purify RVA. 🤍

🔥 Sweat is more than a sign you’re getting hot.
As your body heats up, circulation increases, your sweat glands kick into gear, and your body works to regulate its temperature.
And while your liver and kidneys do the heavy lifting when it comes to detoxification, research shows that sweat can carry toxic overload of certain compounds and elements to the skin’s surface.
Add in the effects of controlled heat exposure on circulation and cardiovascular function, and suddenly 20-40 minutes of doing absolutely nothing feels pretty productive. 😉
✨ Sweat. Breathe. Reset.
Your body knows what to do.
