Auntie getting old I hurt my back and had to sit on down🤣😅, but back to ittt🙌🏾. I missed 7:30pm real bad 🥹🫶🏾. ..
Let me guess Shayon Green made up that pulsate, quick feet combination it just seem like something he would do😭 🧐🤬.
I’m now in a point in my fitness journey where mobility is becoming a bigger focus. Doing all this hard working without properly stretching has been causing me to be injured a lot lately. I’m slowing down on the high intensity right now, but I missed my people and bootcamp is addictive 😅‼️.
Yall know where to find us on Monday & Tuesday EFFECT FITNESS 🤏🏾. .

POV: You finally realize you worked TOO hard to get out of that version of yourself… so nobody is taking you back there. 🫶🏽

I’m not sacrificing my peace, my growth, or the woman I fought so hard to become just to make someone else comfortable.

Never let someone’s temporary presence cost you your permanent progress. ✨

Choose you. Every. Single. Time. 🤍
