Mama’s Night Out: Ink, Sparkle & Give Back 🤎✨

What a night.

What started as a simple idea from to bring local moms and women together turned into such a beautiful evening of tiny tattoos, piercings, permanent jewelry, drinks, flowers, connection, and giving back.

We are so grateful to every single person who came out, supported the event, booked a service, purchased a drink, built a bouquet, shared the event, or simply helped spread the word.

Because of all of you, we were able to officially donate $415 to support Mary and Martha House a place for women and children in our community. 🤎

A huge thank-you to Munchkin Mamas of Tampa Bay for bringing the original idea to us, and to every woman-owned business and artist who helped make the night what it was.

This was more than just a mama’s night out it was women supporting women, local businesses supporting the community, and a reminder of how much can happen when people come together for something meaningful.

We are so thankful for everyone who made this one special. ✨

Yap 32/40. More leads is not the answer. I’m saying that as someone who just increased her ad spend this month.

I asked my team this week, what if Facebook disappeared tomorrow. What would we actually have left.

More leads will not fix a business where nobody knows how to follow up, stay visible, keep in touch with past clients, ask for a referral, or do anything with the attention already in front of them.

Having leads and knowing how to build a clientele are two different skills. One of them you can buy.

The other one you have to learn, and nobody teaches it in a weekend class. You leave certified and you still can’t fill a chair.

That gap is the whole reason I put together a guide on what a real PMU program should be setting you up for.

Alejandra started translating my curriculum into Spanish, and somewhere in the middle of it, it stopped being just a translation.

She has a real role in this now. She’s building the Spanish side of The
Lounge Academy with me.

So what’s actually getting built here is a bilingual PMU academy. Two languages, one standard.

Nobody gets a watered down version.

I don’t have a launch date and I’m not opening anything today. I just wanted you in the room while it’s being built, because most people only ever get to see the finished thing. Although our goal is early 2027 🥳
