It feels like just yesterday I was getting these girls ready for their first dances, and now here we are at their final prom and graduation in just a few short weeks. The time has truly flown by.

My niece Brooke is such an extraordinary young woman, and watching her grow into who she is today has been one of the greatest gifts. Smart, beautiful, driven, and genuinely kind, I could not be more proud of her. I love you more than you may know, kid. 🤍

My nieces are such a huge part of the reason I came back to Michigan, and somehow these last 10 years have passed in the blink of an eye.

Alissa, you may not be my niece by blood, but you absolutely are apart of our family. Thank you for walking side by side with us through every chapter, every milestone, and every moment along the way. You are so incredibly loved, and I’m so proud of the young woman you’ve become too.
