Dear valued clients, please be advised that i require a minimum of 24-48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. This allows me to accommodate waitlisted clients and minimize lost income and time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% payment of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require full payment for the scheduled service. Additionally, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered no-shows, forfeiting their appointment and payment. Accommodating late clients would compromise my schedule and impact other clients. I reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who fail to comply with the cancellation policy.
