Little Herban Farm

With Stands by Me App - Find Local Farm & Roadside Stands – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

🎂✨ A LITTLE BIRTHDAY MAGIC

Amanda picked this out for my birthday, and somehow she landed on a stone that feels ridiculously fitting for where I am in life right now. 🖤🌿

Malachite.

Beyond being absolutely beautiful, malachite is a copper mineral that has been used in jewelry and ornament for thousands of years. In crystal and spiritual traditions, it's most strongly associated with transformation, protection, renewal, courage, and the heart—especially releasing old patterns while moving into periods of change and growth.

💚 Transformation — embracing change and becoming
🖤 Protection — traditionally carried or worn as a protective talisman
🌿 Growth & renewal — releasing what no longer belongs and making room for what comes next
💚 Heart energy — commonly associated with the Heart Chakra, emotional reflection, compassion, and connection
🔥 Courage — facing change rather than remaining stuck in familiar patterns

And then there's the piece itself—the green malachite wrapped in all that intricate copper, hanging right among the sacred geometry already tattooed across my chest.

It looks like it belongs there.

Of all the stones Amanda could have chosen for this particular birthday, the stone of transformation feels pretty damn appropriate. 🥹💚

Thank you, Amanda. I absolutely love it. 🖤

Crystal properties are traditional/metaphysical associations rather than scientifically established medical effects.

🌿💚 WHEN SOMEONE ELSE SEES YOUR VISION. 💚🌿

Little Herban Farm officially has a piece of handmade art that feels like it was grown instead of made.

Our incredibly talented friend at Morbid Muse Creations surprised us with this one-of-a-kind Lilly sign, built by hand with natural elements, texture, character, and so many little details that somehow capture exactly what Little Herban Farm has been becoming. 🍄🌱

And THAT means a lot.

Lilly started with plants, dirt, curiosity, and the belief that you don't need acres of land to start growing something meaningful. Now we're watching that little idea grow into products, classes, markets, friendships, collaborations, and an entire community of people supporting one another.

That's our favorite kind of growth. 💚

Morbid Muse Creations even shared our Marshmallow & Rose Lip Balm alongside her creation — another tiny example of what we mean when we talk about cross-pollination. We support her art. She supports our garden. Our communities meet somewhere in the middle.

Thank you for creating something we'll proudly keep with Little Herban Farm for years to come. 🥹🌿

Grow something. Make something. Share something. Support somebody.

That's how communities take root.

🌱 MONDAY QUESTION

Did you know this is happening with eggs? 🥚

There are now egg-white proteins being made through fermentation, using genetically engineered yeast instead of chickens. Frankenfood.

For some people, that may be fine.

But for me? Give me the real egg. 🥚

From a chicken.
From a farmer.
From a local farm when I can get it.

I like knowing where my food comes from.

👇 What do you think?

This week, get your eggs from a local stand. 🥚🌱
