Cristina’s No-Show Policy

I truly value and appreciate each and every one of my clients. To continue providing the best experience and protect the time I’ve reserved specifically for you, I have the following no-show policy in place.

A no-call/no-show is when you miss your scheduled appointment without any notice.

If you no-call/no-show, you will be required to pay a non-refundable no-show fee before you are able to schedule another appointment with me.

No-Show Fees:
(approximately half the cost of the scheduled service)

• Haircut Appointments: $15
• Color Appointments: $50

This fee is required to reserve your next appointment and will not be applied toward the cost of your future service. Your service total will still be due in full at the time of your appointment.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time. When an appointment is missed without notice, it’s time that could have been offered to another client. I truly appreciate your support of my small business and look forward to seeing you in my chair!

After receiving concerns from members of the community regarding an upcoming guest artist at our anniversary event, I have made the decision to cancel the event at this time. I believe it is important to listen and take those concerns seriously.

My intention has always been to create a safe, welcoming environment for my clients and community. While I am not in a position to make determinations regarding allegations or personal matters, I feel this is the most appropriate decision for my business at this time.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as I navigate a difficult situation and take the time to make thoughtful decisions for my business and clients.

As a result, the anniversary celebration will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date with different vendors.

Thank you for your continued support over the last six years. I look forward to celebrating with all of you soon. ❤️

For the last 4 years, I’ve mainly been working Saturdays at the salon. I’m happy and excited to announce I’m booking for a few hours on Thursday evenings! I know Saturdays are packed, especially with the summertime fun. Message me or text me, and let’s get you booked!
