It's something we have to practice, just like anything else in life. It grows when we stop comparing ourselves, celebrate the little wins, and give ourselves grace on the hard days. No matter where you are in your journey, keep showing up. Every small step counts!

One of the biggest things I've learned is that confidence doesn't usually come before the moment, it grows because of the moment. 💗

Every time you choose to get in the water, wear what makes you comfortable, or step into the picture instead of sitting it out, you're reminding yourself that you deserve to be there. Because you do! Here's to a summer filled with more courage, more confidence, and more memories. ☀️
