Waves Sacred Healing

At Shangri La earlier this month I was able to offer a workshop called: An Invitation to Embody Self-Love Through Yoga Nidra & Kirtan

The focus of Waves Sacred Healing is merging within Frequency Flow Fest to offer creative offerings, events, and retreats so if you are not following, please do as I will be posting the events more on that page.

The Waves Workshop Sanctuary found at Frequency Flow Fest is sponsored by Waves Sacred Healing

If you want to come see the land and help honor the sacred land before the fest, you are now invited to a special donation based event July 29th at 8:30-10pm. As you know the offerings Waves has are limited.

Waves Sacred Healing has been on a pause as I knew the path was shifting.
Healing became transactional and witnessing to many healers walking with strong ego measures and to me it depleted what is meant to be meaningful and sacred.
I had to navigate my way around the tides.
I haven’t forgotten about y’all. Waves are in a metamorphosis and the butterfly is birthing.

You can find me with offerings:

Earth Vibe Festival July 16-19th
Frequency Flow Fest August 6-9th
Shangri La September 4-7th

Want to be on Stage? Artist Collaboration Experience....

Living My Best Life Artist Collaboration Experience Co-create with Lopaka Rootz and step onto the stage at Frequency Flow Fest 2026 This is more than a performance opportunity. It’s a chance to share your voice on a stage rooted in connection, music, and meaning. Through this collaboration, one artist will step into a live experience alongside Lopa...

Slowing down, laying in the sun, taking a moment to nourish the energetic body.

These moments matter also. And they will be available for you throughout the weekend.

We are that festival where balance is built into the vision!!!

Are you feeling disconnected?

Have you been unsure if you will attend Frequency Flow Fest this August? This may be you. You are sitting at home, scrolling with your Phone in hand. Scrolling. Pausing. Thinking about it… but not moving.
