Your body has been asking for a break
Recovery massage doesn’t only have focus on where you had surgery. 🤍 My Signature Recovery Session combines lymphatic therapy with therapeutic Swedish massage to address the rest of your body, too.

I’m not forcing my way into the muscle. I’m giving the tissue time to soften, relax, and invite me deeper.
Because deep tissue doesn’t have to mean aggressive✨

✨ I’m excited to introduce my new Bridal Glow Massage experience ✨
Brides, what if your wedding morning started with relaxation instead of rushing?
I’m so excited to introduce Bridal Morning Massage — a customized treatment designed specifically for the hours before your makeup application.
Think neck, shoulders, décolleté, scalp & facial massage, combined with gentle lymphatic and sculpting techniques to help release tension, encourage fluid movement, reduce the appearance of morning puffiness, and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed & radiant before you sit in the makeup chair. 🤍
Because your wedding morning should be about more than looking beautiful…
You deserve to FEEL beautiful, too.
This is a brand-new service I’m introducing, and I would love to connect with brides, bridal parties, wedding planners, venues, photographers, hair & makeup artists, and anyone who thinks this would be an amazing addition to a wedding morning. 🥂
💍 Brides-to-be: Would you add a massage therapist to your wedding morning beauty team?
Send me a message — I’d love to hear what you think and help you create your perfect bridal morning experience. 🤍
Cash is still preferred… but also if you’re offering Disney tickets, we can talk. 😂
Sometimes I’m pressing down. Sometimes I’m moving body parts, sometimes I’m gently spreading the oil on, what I’m also doing is performing a quick assessment. I’m checking for areas of tension, muscle guarding, tissue restrictions, and how your body responds to pressure. This helps me customize what areas to focus on, and learn what your muscles respond to better.
Not every foam serves the same purpose. Choosing the right compression accessory can make a difference in comfort and support during recovery.
In this video:
• Standard lipo foam: commonly used for general swelling and compression.
• Fibrosis foam: textured foam often used for areas of fibrosis or uneven tissue when appropriate.
• Axillary foam: designed to support the underarm and side breast area after certain procedures.
Every recovery is different. Always follow your surgeon’s post-op instructions and ask your provider which products are appropriate for your stage of healing.
