This is my daily meditation. 🐝
Sometimes I come out here with nothing to do. No hive inspection. No task to check off. No reason other than to simply be here.
I watch the bees coming and going. I breathe deeply and take in that warm, unmistakable scent of the hive. I listen to the steady hum of thousands of tiny wings. And for a few minutes, everything else gets quiet.
There’s something incredibly grounding about standing beside a beehive—watching this little world carry on with such purpose.
No phone. No to-do list. No rushing.
Just breathe. Listen. Watch.
This is one of my favorite parts of being a beekeeper, and one that has absolutely nothing to do with the honey. 🍯🐝
