At lastā¦ my love has come along. š¤
And somehow, those words have an entirely different meaning for me now.
After more than 20 years behind the chair, making the decision to step away earlier than I wanted to has been one of the hardest decisions Iāve ever had to make. So much of my heart, my identity, and my life has been poured into my clients, my craft, and everything Iāve worked so hard to build.
But right now, my medical team is advising me that itās time to stop doing hair and listen to what my body and this little boy need from me.
This isnāt goodbye. š¤ Iāll still be around the salon over the next few weeks, and I want every one of my clients to feel completely taken care of during this transition.
If you need help deciding which stylist at Bellezza is the best fit for you, please reach out to me. I know your hair, your formulas, your preferences, and so many of you Iāve known for years. Iām more than happy to personally help guide you to the right person. And if your stylist ever needs help with your formula, placement, or anything else, Iāll still be close by to make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
To every person who has ever sat in my chair.. thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your hair, your stories, your biggest moments, and so many chapters of your lives. Thank you for supporting me as I grew, built my business, became a wife, a mom, and now prepare to become a mom all over again.
I thought I would have a little more time before putting my shears down, and letting go sooner than I planned is incredibly emotional. But I also know that everything Iāve spent my life building will still be there when Iām ready to come back.
I love you all, and Iām so grateful that youāve supported me through every beautiful chapter!!
But for now, this chapter belongs to me and my family. š¤

Just a few of the things I heard when I was starting my business.
But hereās the thing about meā¦ when I see something, I SEE it.
I saw Bellezza before Bellezza was what it is today. I saw the rooms full. I saw women growing. I saw careers changing. I saw a team that felt supported, challenged, loved and pushed to become the absolute best versions of themselves.
I saw a space where clients walked in and immediately felt something different.
I didnāt get a big space just to have a big space.
Every. Single. Room. Had intention.
My intention was to fill each one with the best of the best. To bring more into our salon. More opportunities. More services. More reasons for my team to grow and more ways for us to take care of every single person who trusts us enough to walk through our doors.
Was it scary? Absolutely.
Did I question myself? Of course I did.
Because when everyone around you is telling you to slow down, play it safe and maybe not dream so bigā¦ you start to wonder if theyāre right.
But I truly believe some people are born with a vision because they are meant to see it through.
And I knew what I saw.
So I kept building.
Room by room.
Woman by woman.
Dream by dream.
And now I get to stand inside the very space people questioned and watch the vision I had in my head come alive right in front of me.
I didnāt build Bellezza for where I was at the time.
I built her for where I knew we were going.
And babyā¦ weāre just getting started. āØ

The text..
One of the hardest parts about this career isnāt the long hours or standing behind the chair. Itās when someone who has become such a big part of your life moves away. Because the truth isā¦ so many of you arenāt just clients to me.
Youāre my people!!
I know your kidsā names. I know what youāre celebrating, what youāre grieving, what youāre working toward. I remember the little things because I genuinely care. Thatās always been the most important part of what I do.
So when one of my loyal clients flew all the way back to New Jersey to get her hair done & had a shorter time frame than we expected, you better believe we were going to make it happen! We were racing the clock, but there was no way I was letting her leave without one more fresh hair day.
Then she sent me this textā¦
And if Iām being honest, I needed to read it more than she probably knows.
There are days where I leave work wondering if Iām doing enough. Days where I feel like I couldāve given more, been better, shown up differently. But this reminded me that even when Iām doubting myself, Iām still accomplishing exactly what Iāve always hoped to.
Not just beautiful hair.
Making people feel seen. Heard. Loved. More confident. Maybe even a little lighter than when they walked through my doors.
Thatās always been my why. My why for me & our why for & what Bellezza Beauty Co. āØ DENVILLE NJ SALON stands for!
Jess, thank you for trusting me with your hair, but even more, thank you for trusting me with pieces of your life all these years. Iāll miss you more than you know!

There is something special about reaching a point in your career where success is no longer just about what you create for yourself, but what you can pour into others.
One of the greatest honors of my career has been stepping into the role of LakmƩ Educator!
Education has always been close to my heart. I truly believe there is room for all of us to grow, and if Iāve been blessed with knowledge through years behind the chair, then itās my responsibility to extend a hand to the women standing where I once stood. Watching another stylist gain confidence, master a new technique, or realize their potential is incredibly rewarding.
People often ask why I chose LakmƩ, and the answer is simple. Their philosophy aligns with everything I believe in as an artist. Beautiful color should never come at the expense of healthy hair. Their commitment to innovation, hair integrity, sustainability, vegan formulas, and education makes them a brand that truly invests in both the stylist and client experience.
This journey has introduced me to some of the most talented, passionate, and inspiring people. Every class, event, and conversation reminds me how fortunate I am to be surrounded by artists who genuinely want to see one another succeed.
The best part? Everything I learn comes home with me.

Happy Fatherās Day to the best damn man there ever was!! The best decision Iāve ever made in my life was choosing you to be the father to our babies ā¤ļø.
